YouTube's first-ever Creator Studio at a Winter Games, built for the most-watched Winter Olympics in twelve years. A broadcast space designed to hold sport, culture, and creator storytelling in the same room, on location, on the biggest stage there is.
What we made
A Broadcast Studio built for creators, not just broadcasters. Kylie Kelce, Laila Edwards, Mikaela Shiffrin, and Madison Chock and Evan Bates all hosted from it. Creative development and on-location content production, start to finish.
How AI showed up in the process
We used image generation to test spatial layouts and lock lighting treatments before a single wall went up. Fewer guesses once we were actually on location. The camera operators, the producers, the art direction: all people, doing what only people can do once the studio was built. The tool's job was getting us there faster, with fewer wrong turns.
